About The Way You Learn
The Way You Learn specialises in neurodiversity, SEND and inclusive practice training across education settings, with particular strength in further education, post-16 and adult learning contexts.
The focus is simple: translating psychological and educational research into strategies that work in real classrooms and real organisations.
About Emese
Emese Dobszai is the founder of The Way You Learn Ltd and a teacher trainer with over 19 years’ experience across further and higher education, specialising in inclusive practice, neurodiversity and professional learning.
She works with teachers, leaders and education providers to translate research into practical strategies that can be applied immediately in classrooms, teams and organisational settings.
Her work focuses on how leadership, communication and organisational systems influence staff experience, engagement and burnout in education.
She holds a PGCE (Level 7) and an MA in Education from the UCL Institute of Education, and is currently completing an MSc in Psychology.
Emese has worked with a wide range of schools, colleges and organisations including Capital City Colleges Group, City Lit, City Year UK, VTCT Skills First, Green Crescent School (Islamic independent school) and Omni Academy (vocational training provider).
Her sessions are consistently valued for being practical, accessible and immediately applicable to real educational settings.
Our Approach
Inclusive education is not achieved through isolated interventions, but through thoughtful and sustained change. Rather than focusing on individual performance alone, the work considers how teaching, leadership and organisational systems interact to shape outcomes for both learners and staff.
We provide clear guidance, practical frameworks and professional learning that help teams respond effectively to learner diversity, staff wellbeing and organisational pressure — without adding unnecessary workload.
Work With Us
If your organisation is looking to strengthen inclusive practice and support both learners and staff more effectively, we’d be happy to discuss how we can support your team.
